Melanie Bois, Founder and Director
Melanie Bois is Founder and Director of Three Chairs Consulting. Melanie is a change and transformation leader with experience across industries, including financial services, government, education, defence, transport, FMCG, food manufacturing, community housing, and technology. She has held senior and executive roles in transformation, business integration, strategic partnerships and change management. Her sector experience includes public and not-for-profit.
Melanie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Melanie has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, together with a Bachelor of Arts (honours), Diploma in Education, and qualifications in Project Management, Change Management, and Training & Assessment.
Aileen Boyd-Squires, Principal
Aileen is a business development executive with strengths across strategy, organisational transformation, governance, operations, and marketing. She has built high performing business units in Australia, Europe and Asia across medical and scientific publishing, within research organisations, and in the charity sector. She brings deep experience implementing corporate social responsibility programs and social venture business models to impact society positively.
Aileen is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Science (Honours).
Margot Ashburner, Consultant
Margot is a marketing specialist, business development manager, and paralegal. She has experience delivering strategic plans, leading initiatives, and in operations management. Margot’s career has spanned across energy, digital services, and law.
Margot is passionate about achieving positive social outcomes and has been highly engaged with community programs. This includes volunteering with the International Red Cross on their Migration Support program, undertaking research for Queensland Aboriginal and Health Council (QAIHC), and raising awareness of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals as an ambassador in the Australian Youth Forum.
Christie Jenkins, Senior consultant
Christie Jenkins is a consultant with a decade of experience in strategic work. She has delivered projects worth over $100m in profits to clients, across industries including banking, insurance, health care, government, IT, education and fitness.
Christie’s skill set ranges from deep analytical expertise - for instance building business cases from the ground up, all the way to preparing and delivering C-Suite and Board level presentations. In the workplace she’s known as someone who makes slides that other people want to steal, who can eat her weight in chocolate, and who brings super-speed productivity to her work.
Christie is also a professional athlete who has represented Australia in three sports - Trampolining, CrossFit and currently Beach Volleyball. She delivers keynote presentations and workshops to corporate audiences on how to bring the elite athlete mindset into the workplace.
Kevin Roberts, PrincipAL
Kevin is an experienced finance executive. He recognises the panoramic lens that finance gives to understanding an organisation – from the strategy to cash flows.
Kevin has experience as an auditor for KPMG and has worked at ASX 20 listed firms. He is expert in quickly understanding the story of an organisation’s numbers, and shaping advice and programs to improve performance.
Kevin’s background also includes finance transformation, commercial valuations, mergers and acquisitions, finance strategy, finance systems integration, and governance.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts, honours, in philosophy. He is an ACCA certified accountant.
Cathy Singleton, Principal
Cathy is a performance focused group and personal process facilitator, executive development consultant, mentor and coach. She has more than twenty years’ experience developing others across many leading companies and government departments. That experience includes working with front-line teams, established senior and emerging leaders, and Executive teams, both in groups and one-on-one engagements. She has designed and delivered programs and interventions that have enhanced personal and organisational growth, performance and sustainability both in Australia and overseas.

Maria Koutsimpiris, Principal
Maria is a globally focused senior executive with experience in capital intensive, complex multinationals (automotive and oil & gas). Maria has led national and regional level transformations. She has evaluated businesses, engaged in government grant processes, and led customer-focussed product development initiatives. Maria has worked across manufacturing, finance, engineering, sales and marketing. Her international experience includes leading portfolio planning for General Motors across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Maria is an Engineering Executive chartered in Leadership, Management and Project Management with Engineers Australia. She is a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and Bachelor of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering (honours) and Science (Mathematics) from the University of Melbourne.

Erin has account management experience with leading FMCG businesses across customer segments such as domestic and global retail, commodity export, ingredients, food service, education, convenience, hospitality and airlines.
Erin negotiates and develops business plans that support growth for suppliers and customers. With a background in quality management, Erin is experienced in simplifying and standardising processes to achieve efficiencies and maximise return on investment.

An astute problem-solver who thrives on challenge, Robert has experience driving change across technology programs, business restructures and mergers & acquisitions. He is skilled in business planning, establishing governance frameworks, lean six sigma, process re-engineering, and robotic process automation.
Robert holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Graduate Certificate of Management. He is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and holds certifications in Leadership and Project Management.
Sally Davison is a senior consultant experienced in strategy, change management, process improvement, project and program management, and coaching. Her early career in Occupational Therapy has led Sally to bring a deep level of empathy and understanding of human behaviour to her change practice. With customer front of mind, she develops business solutions that deliver on organisational purpose. Sally has delivered large scale change programs across a range of industries, including health, education and telecommunications.
Sally has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy (hons), and holds certifications in Change Management and Coaching.
